For about 14 or 15 years, the City has two sites in the C / Doctor Vicente Reyes 15 and 16 in Garbinet (Park Avenue) to be allocated to endowments. Solar twins are two of 1,600 m2 each, on both sides of the street and adjoining streets Dr. Juan Ferrer and Dr. Christopher Pardo and public parkland trails. Ie physical conditions are equal. Well, for years and waiting for the allocations, the plot of No 16 was well paved and used for acts of the neighborhood, racó of the fire and plant of the same, while the other site, was without treatment, the dirt floor, with a billboard and every so often cleaned and had no special use (well, sometimes plant a mini-exhibition, also at the stake).

Well, at one point that I funds, it was decided by our City Council to build a civic center for the area and a doctor to relieve the Health Center Provincial Hospital and to prevent large displacement which is to patients go to the C / Dr Sapena and for which there is no direct public transport.
The fact is that having two ways to locate, is chosen plot No. 16, ie the one that was urban. Well, when that happened, I thought, look how is apparent that the Health Department, and will begin to make the health center at the other site. But no: it turns out that the City Council has cleared the other field, has made a firm gravel and has paved the fire likely to replace the racó there. Ie: it has become to do exactly what was done in another site. The reason: because no idea ... do not fail to understand, but at first glance has become an unnecessary expense because if you had invested the position of the building, today we would do the same and a few thousand euros ... Maybe there other conditions that escape me and have made inevitable the election of a field or another.

SUMMARY:
Two solar exactly the same, a dirt floor and a neatly paved. Civic Center is located on the site road (for which we must demolish the pavement) and then asphalt the lot of land. Result: we had to pay a floor, we could have saved if it had been built upside down. (I have been informed that the price may be around 30,000 euros).
And to put music to the case, it is the turn to a certain Donald with his "We were always partners" funny song with a chorus (which makes it almost cult) and had some success in the 70's and I've come to find after many years remember it. Here in Spain there was a version of Rosalie, which was a kind of "chica ye-ye" coincidences of life that was / is (I do not know) councilor of the Municipality of El Campello on the PP.
