In 1959, the architect Juan Guardiola Gaya, drawn the Partial Plan First Circle of the Playa de San Juan, with the main axes Avenue de la Costa Blanca and the Nations, both parallel the sea and springs in the A-190. Vermilion Tower, Fernando Cervero Barbolla. 1969. 6 apartments per floor. Within the Private Las Sirenas. Vermilion Tower was built in the Costa Blanca ave as above, but outside the partial plan.
Torre San Jordi, Juan Guardiola Gaya, 1966. 8 units per floor. At ave de Oviedo, as the culmination of the ave of San Sebastian.

The Rotunda, 1967 Juan Guardiola Gaya. 4 apartments per floor. At the corner of the streets of Naples and Catalonia. Although matched in size by floor with the others, its design is totally different.
