On Tuesday we had a complementary output 27 to a farm located in Trapiche, owned by Antonio Benítez Guarapera farmer in the place known as Hoya del Cano, who received us and showed us some of the history of our town, as the cultivation of sugarcane and sugar production in what were some kind of cooperative, this cane was processed in a mill called TAPICHE, hence the name of the neighborhood.

For there were grinding cane and the juice tasting, hearing the stories and projects that Antonio Benitez has in mind. We handed out pieces of cane for the plantasemos and do not miss the tradition in the town
